Automatic Bending machine

Machine model: Amada RG100

Capacity: for carbon steel and aluminum, bending thickness can be up to 10mm; for SST material, bending thickness can be up to 6mm. Max part length can be bended by 1 machine: 3500mm.

Technical parameter: Accuracy +/- 0.10mm; Press: 100KN; Positioning length: 500mm. 

Common application:

Quick prototyping--in early stage of product design, the designer may need samples to validate design process while reluctant to commit to the hard tooling investment. By using automatic bending process, we can quickly make samples--normal lead time is 3 days if no soft tooling needed.

For high mix low volume parts, it may not be  cost effective to develop hard tooling. Using forming process can meet the flexible delivery demand.

For some big parts, the tooling cost will be very expensive. It's more economic to make the parts by automatic forming process.

Forming process also will be used in some circumstances while normal press process can not meet. For example, the extremely long part or those parts with various bending direction requirement.
